One of Australia’s leading integrated professional services advisory firms Ash St. today announces that Madeleine Kearney is joining the firm as an Associate Director leading our Product Risk business.

Madeleine is a leading product risk specialist with a focus on product regulation and commercial litigation. She has substantial experience advising and representing both domestic and international clients in relation to advertising and labelling, product safety/liability, product recalls and product regulatory law. Madeleine has experience in a diverse range of industry sectors including automotive, cosmetics, chemicals, children’s products, electrical products, food and beverage, general consumer products, industrial technology, over the counter and complementary medicines, dietary supplements, prescription medicines and medical technology.
Madeleine was previously a Director at Gadens and formerly with Clayton Utz. Madeleine is featured in Who’s Who Legal Life Sciences in the Regulatory and Product Liability categories, as well the Legal Media Group’s Guide to the World’s Leading Product Liability Lawyers.
