Janna is a senior lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience working with small and large family businesses, focussing on corporate, commercial and governance legal advice and public and private M&A transactions (including international aspects of transactions). Janna has considerable experience conducting legal business audits, along with advising on and preparing a wide variety of commercial documents.
